Oct. 10, 1968 - Soustelle back in France: Former cabinet minister and De Gaulle's opponent during the war in Algeria, Jacques Soustelle returned to Paris after 7 years in exile yesterday. To escape arrest Soustelle fled from Paris under a clanket on the floor of a friends car. he stayed in Switzerland as a political refugee, But now Soustelle has been granted a full pardon following the recent amnesty.
