Dec. 12, 1969 - New Pub Opens In Paris - Peter Townsend Attends Opening: The number of Pubs now open in Paris is one better with the opening last night of the Golden Hat in Rue Daunou, next to the famous America Harry's Bar. The Vogue of English Pubs seems to be increasing in the French Capital. Group Captain Peter Townsend who was one of the guests showed its skill at the traditional Publican game of darts.
