Jun. 10, 1977 - Zaire's President Mobutu Sese Seko met with the French President at the Elysee Palace while in France on business for two days. He thanked the President for his help in the Sheba operation. French military planes transported material and Moroccan soldiers between Rabat and Kinshasa to help support Zaire in its fight against the mercenaries
