Oct. 30, 1959 - Was It A Frame-Up Examining Magistrate Investigates The Mitterrand-Pesquet Case: M. Francois Mitterrand, Former cabinet minister, Pesquet and Dahuron were summoned by the examining magistrate Braunschweig for a new cross examination at the Paris law courts today. M. Mitterrand, a prominent leftist politician, has been involved in charges and counter-charges involving a machine-gun attack against himself which he is alleged to have set up with former French Deputy Robert Pesquet, Photo shows M.
