Frank Arnau, German writer, with Beate Klarsfeld, Munich
Dec. 03, 1968 - There were neither blows nor anything worse in Munich on November 2, 1968 as Beate Klarsfeld made an entrance at the Rationaltheater. The 29 year old German, married to a French businessman, famously slapped Chancellor Kiesinger of the CDU-Party in Berlin. She didn't come to rage this time however. Now, she tried to focus the attention of the guests (many VIPs were invited but didn't come) on the Nazi past of the German Chancellor. She had documents as proof. A discussion which she joined was likewise peaceful. Pictured: Beate Klarsfeld with mystery writer Frank Arnau in Munich
