Frank Sinatra, 46, visited the Sunshine Home for Blind Children at Northwood, Middlesex yesterday, on his world charity tour for handicapped children. He played with 24 sightless boys and girls and later said These children are so happy. They certainly are a lesson to grown-ups who gripe about life'. He has three children of his own. At midnight he met Princess Margaret and Lord Snowdon before the first of his four weekend concerts and the Festival Hall.
