A French heading a NATO organization
Dec 29, 1966; Brussels, Belgium; France has retired its militar concept of the NATO. The one who was always ahead of the Air Defense Ground Environment (NADGE) created to provide a modernised, semi-automatic air defence system, comprising new radars, new ground-to-air communications and computer-based control sites, with links to exchange data between all the sites throughout ACE, stretching from Northern Norway to Eastern Turkey.
