April 16, 1971 - Former Secretary of State Friedrich Karl Vialon before court. At present the 66-year old former Secretary of State, Friedrich Karl Vialon, is before the court because of perjury. According to the arraignment, Vialon is under suspicion of having said on March 25th, 1963 as witness in a Jewish murder trial under perjury not having been informed correctly about the shooting dead of Jews as leader of the department finances of the former commissariat for the east part in Riga. The accused repeated several times that during talks at the time of the Third Reich about the use of Jewish property it had not been pointed out to the killing of Jews.
