Mar. 03, 1959 - Monument of King Ludwig II of Bavaria: Three years ago a Society for the re-erection of a monument of King Ludwig II the Romantic King was founded in Munich. in order of reach the aim of the society, the asked friends of Bavaria to transfer money on to the special account KA 5668 of a Bavarian bank. Sculptor Prof. Fritz Behn who had already in 1909 taken part in the proclamation for the monument which was melted down during for the chairman of the society Dr. Keller. The new monument is to be put up in a recess near the Isar-River which flows through Munich/Germany
