Fritz Teufel, student, released from prison, Berlin
Jan. 09 Fritz Teufel out of jail On Friday 01-12-67 the 24-year old student Fritz Teufel, who is accused of throwing a stone at a policeman during the Anti-Shah-demonstration in front of the German Opera on 02-06-67 came out of jail. During the trial which is going on in Berlin since Monday, his attorney Horst Mahler asked the judge to let him out, because he has been in custody for more than 3 months right now. The judge went by this application, as the punishment couldn't be so high that it will be possible to have Teufel in jail for such a long time.
