Funeral of King Alexander in Belgrade
Apr. 18 Eleven year old Crown Prince Peter, wearing a sokols uniform marches with his mother, Queen Marie, draped in black veils. This is the first tragedy in the boy's life. His father, King Alexander was killed by Ustashis in Marseilles. The boy will become a King under Prince Paul's regency. Picture taken during King Alexander's funeral at Belgrade in 1934
