Feb. 28 British monopoly championships staged on a nuclear reactor file at Thor burn near Bristol.: The British monopoly championships are being staged on a nuclear reactopile at the Oldury on Savern power station at Thornbury near Bristol. Nearly 150 men, women and children through out Britain are taking part. Each competitor were wearing protective clothing while on the pile, and after leaving the reactor they all go through the decontamination wash. The winner of the British Crown will represent Britain at the world monopoly championships due to be staged at SEM casino centre in Monte Carlo in October. The two day championship ends tomorrow.
