Feb. 28 Gen. Lopez predicts fall of Ongania Government soon - Argentine General Adolfo Candido Lopez shown after his release by the Ministry of the Array from detention. He was arrested for the second time, and is expected to be arrested again for his statements in the city of Jujuy, Argentina on February 22, 1968. He said that the present Government of General Carlos Ongania will have to fall soon. He suggested that elections be held, and stated that he is convinced Gen.
