General Mobutu of Congo and King Baudouin, Belgium
Nov. 05, 1969 - Mobutu, President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, was received in Brussels for his official visit yesterday. It is the first time a government official from the Congo has visited Brussels officially since the independence of the country.
