General Mobutu of Congo and King Baudouin, Belgium
Nov. 11, 1969 - General Mobutu on official visit to Brussels: King Baudouin and Prince Albert were present at the Brussels airport to greet General Mobutu on his arrival in the Belgian Capital yesterday. It is the first time since Congo has become an independent state that the chief of the Congo Republic pays a State visit to Belgium.
