Apr 12, 1976; London, UK; The famous Russell Baby of the 20's, Mr. GEOFFREY RUSSELL, became the rightful fourth LORD AMPTHILL, after findings of the House of Lords Committee of Priviledges. Since 1973 and the death of the third Baron Lord Ampthill, Geoffrey Russell has taken the title as a result of a 1924 House of Lords ruling.
