Jan. 01, 1963 - Mr. George Brown to continue tour: The acting leader of the Labour Party Mr. George Brown who cut short his tour of the north (which he had/undertaking on behalf of the leader) is to resume it following the death last night in the Middlesex Hospital of Mr. Hugh Gaitskell. Mr Gaitskell had been suffering from a virus infection. Photo shows Mr. George Brown leaves London today to resume his tour of the north. He is one of the possible successors to the leadership of the British Labour Party
