Dec. 21 Do you recognise this blonde and sturdy woman? She (or rather he) is the Academy Award winning star George Sanders, 63, who played the most unusual scene of his long career as a transvestite nightclub performer who doubles as a crack espionage agent in The Kremlin Letter, new spy thriller directed by John Huston now filming in Rome. Dressed in black sheath gown, a gold choker at his throat and a multi coloured feather boa around his shoulders, Sanders in blonde wig and full make up was filmed playing the piano to an admiring host of fellow inverts in a key sequence
