She (or rather he) is the Academy Award winning star George Sanders, 63, who played the most unusual scene of his long career as a transvestite nightclub performer who double as a crack espionage agent in The Kremlin Letter, new spy thriller directed by John Huston now filming in Rome. Dressed in black sheath gown, a gold choker at his throat and a multi coloured feather boa around his shoulders, Sanders in blonde wig and full make-up was filmed playing the piano to an admiring host of fellow inverts in a key sequence.
