Jan. 17, 1958 - Annigoni's Portrait Of Princess Margaret On View To The Public - Stand-In Visits The Galleries: Annigoni's portrait of Princess Margaret, the much talked-about painting, was on view to the public at the Thomas Agnew Gallery in New Bond Street, London, today. Georgina Moore, 20, the singer (real name Violet Scott) who posed for Annigoni's portrait of Princess Margaret for two or three hours a day for three months, paid a visit to the galleries to see the portrait this morning.
