Sep. 09, 1952 - Who Is Ivan's mother? Who Is To Take Care For Him?: The US Court of Appeal in Francfort will have to decide whether young Ivan from Yougoslavia is subject to repatriation to his native country where his mother demands the young son, or whether he shall remain with his foster-parents in Germany. The first decision of the Court had caused much trouble in Yougoslavia is still a behind-the-times-country was enough to drive people on the Balcans crazy.
