1953 - Federal President in Berlin. Federal President Professor Heuse arrived for a four-days visit in Berlin, on Monday afternoon. He wants to inform himself about the refuges problem, will give over an emergency camp for refugees to its destination and is to inaugurate the newly built main building of the Technical University.
