Apr. 30, 1953 - A huge bouquet of radishes and the international assortment of fruits and baby vegetables were viewed with interest by federal president professor Heuss(center gray) during his tour through the halls of the International Horticultural Exhibition, which opened on April 30. Several hundred of the first visitors to the exhibition followed the president on his tour. On the left of the president is Dr. Ernst Schr?der, president of the Central Association of German Vegetable, Fruit, and Gardens, and Mrs. Brauer, the spouse of the mayor of Hamburg
