Nov. 23, 1952 - Second Schacht trial in Hamburg! The second Schacht trial, which became necessary because of an appeal by the Hamburg Senate, was closed on Friday in front of the tribunal after a nearly eight hour hearing. As the chairperson, Senate president Dr. Pardey states that the verdict will be delivered in writing. Our picture shows Dr. Schacht during a brief pause in the trial.
