Feb. 18, 1954 - Thousands of West Berlins marched in silence as the conference between the four powers took place in the Soviet zone. They marched to the Sch?neberg Municipal Hall and placed their fingers to make a W, which stood for wahl or choice. They wanted the choice on whether or not to reunite.
