Nov. 03, 1953 - The catholic pastor of the American signal school in Germany, Father Michael T. Morgan, collects 15 for a mother so that she can visit her daughter one more time. Her daughter, who lives in New Jersey, is deathly ill; she married an American in 1950 and is suffering from a rare, incurable type of Leukemia. The mother's last wish to see her daughter one more time can now be fulfilled. Pictured: Pastor Morgan and Mrs. Babette Steinbauer before their flight to New York
