May 08, 1954 - This young woman tilted her head towards the dim, because she is wearing a prototype of the ideal pair of sunglasses, which is being shown at the newly-opened German Inventor's Exhibition in Wiesbaden. Steel balls that run in the brackets attached to the set of glass can either show the dimming-panes with a tilt of the head or leave one's view unobstructed
