Feb. 02, 1955 - Paulus, Schoerner and now Seydlitz: The Sovjets ordered the repatriation of the ex-General Walter von Seydlitz-Kurzbach who was the commander of the 114th army in Stalingard. Seydlitz became known especially be the fact that he formed in prisonership the national commitee Free Germany and called upon the German soldiers who fight in the east to desert.
