German Government apologised for her Speech.: Frau Daisy Schlitter and her husband German Diplomant Herr Oskar Schlitter - returned to London last night from West Germany. They were recalled to Germany after a speech by Frau Schlitter in London at Christmas - and the West German Government apologised to Britain for the remarks made by Frau Daisy. They were met by their son Alexander and daughter Marion who remained in London when the diplomat and his wife returned to Germany.
