Oct. 10, 1956 - During a big maneuver the Munich Pioneer Battalion made a bridge over the river Donau newar Ingolstadt, which was 100 m long with 50 minutes. It was the first time, that soldiers of the new Germany army buildt a bridge over a river. Photo shows how the bridge became constructed
