Dec. 29, 1956 - Controversy for Welfenhouse Continues. The prolonged, nearly two year quarrel between the Duchess Victoria-Luise and her oldest son, Prince Ernst-August von Hannover, remains unresolved. After both parties had taken the conflict into the public sphere in Hannover for the first time on Friday(December 20), the duchess welcomed reporters and photographers, whom she wished to woo over, to her new abode in Brauschweig, whose furnishings she likened to that of an asylum..not those considered to be suitable for the home of the Duchess Victoria-Luise.
