Oct. 10, 1958 - Local term in the process against Anton Renner: On Oct. 27th at 21 hours the local term in the process against Anton Renner happened in the Dachauerstreet in Fuerstenfeldbruck. Renner is accused to have killed the old man Franz Rotzer on Nov. 10th 57 at about 23 hours. Renner drove his car town outwards when he was completely drunk and drove up the bicycle riding Roetzer. The old man was thrown across the street and remained unconscious. Renner then looked for him returned to his car and drove by reserve back and again ahead and killed so the old man by crossing over twice. Renner slipped his victim along 40 meters let him lay then cleaned the blood traces from his car and drove home. One hour later the police arrested him when he already was in bad.
