They are:(top, right) foreign Minister Dr. Lothar Bolz, leader of the delegation; (top, left) Bolz deputy, Secreteary of State Otto Winzer; (bottom, left)deputy of the people's Chamber, Secretary of State, Dr. Heinrich Toplitz; (bottom, right) Chairman of the Foreign Politic's Board, Peter Florin; as well as other leading members of the Foreign Ministry
