Jan. 01, 1959 - Consul von Saucken at the court of works: At the of works in Bonn there was the trial against the foreign Office by Consul von Saucken on Jan.16th. at the first trial i could not be established that Hans von Saucken had insulted the Swiss journalist Dr. Max Beer (a Jew) at a party on Aug. 12th, 1958 in New York. For this the Consul was sacked. Now witnesses are to be heard, Consul von Saucken still denies having insulted the journalist, and he now wants his re-habilitation.
