Dec. 09 Preliminary proceedings demanded against Oberlander Public chief prosecutioner of East Germany, Dr. Ernst Melsheimer, has demanded preliminary proceedings against West German Minister for Refugees Affairs, Oberlander. The Minister is, according to the East German press agency, suspicious of having taken part in crimes against humanity and in many crimes during the war. OPS: Dr. Ernst Melsheimer.
