Germany - Lithuania - Poland
Nov. 11, 1958 - The situation of West-Berlin today: The whole tragic of parted Germany is expressed by this picture of the border crossing at the stationppel. Almost choked by signs and placards, a citizen of East-Germany passes the border at Klein-Machnow, which is the partition between Bolshevism and the free western world. The figure on the East-German placard in the back ground is meant to be Minister Strauss, but the caricature looks like a frightening symbol related to the conditions in the Eastern zone
