Dec. 12, 1958 - Children have to do spy service: The police of the east-zone of Germany ordered some 8 to 12 years old boys of east - Berlin to do spy service at the zone-border in Berlin to buy western-papers at te newspaper kiosk at the Bernauer-Wollinerstreet. Further the boys get a reward of 50 pennies when they can tell the east-zone police which people of east-Berlin buy newspapers there and return then to east-Berlin.
