Feb. 28 At home again are the three Western German boy scouts from Bonn and Luneburg, arrested on May 1, by the Eastern German governmental security service. The boys were taking part at an Eastern Berlin May festivity, dressed in civil clothes and only as onlookers. They were talking with members of the FDJ and other workers about the condition in Eastern and Western Germany, the reason why at last they have been arrested.
