Feb. 29 THE USEFUL CONNECT WITH THE PLEASANT....did a neighbour of a strong frequented highway in Bremen-Babenhauseben/West-Germany. In his sleepless nights, caused by the traffic-noise, he had the idea to combine a sound-absorbing wall with an embellishing effect: Round pots made of concrete, painted in white and filled with mould got planted with flowers. Now it isn't only nice, also the noise from the street is tilt. The sound-absorbing wall is as nice that official offices had showed their interest in such an efficiency and pretty noice-protecting
