Feb. 29 There is not much going on- - on the Octoberfest in Eastern Berlin. The East-Berlin administration set up a so-called Octoberfest on Lenin Avenue in Eastern Berlin. The whole amusement park is fenced in by large propaganda posters and flags of the Soviet Union and the so-called people's democracies. Quite a lot of the booths are run by the HO as there are HO-ice-cream, HO-fish, HO-sausage etc. HO. means East German Trading Organization
