Feb. 29 The judicial-medical institute in Munich under the management of Professor Dr. Laves now uses a new method with blood examinations of intoxicated peersons. The person in question has to inflate an air-ball provided with a small nozzle. There is a special preparation in the nozzle produced by the Traeger-works which preparation gets a green colour if the person in question has a breath which contains alcohol. The reporter was also informed that the police will now use this means on the very spot. In the future it is now possible to submit to the courts the exact material of the examined person in cases of accidents, fighting and crimes. Until now nobody may be compelled to blow up the air-ball so that it is only used in the institute. The costs of such an examination are 23, -Marks which have to be paid by the intoxicated person if much alcohol is proved, on the other hand the police has to pay for the amount if no alcohol is traceable. Photo shows. Josef Artmeier, ET-taxicab-driver, is against the introduction of the new method. He says: Why am i to blow up the air-balloon. Then I prefer to have just taken my blood
