Feb. 29 One Of The World's Biggest Purification Plants Has Been Built Ludwigashfen/West-Germany: Within 30 months, the West-German chemical combine BASF has built one of the biggest purification plants omn their industrial grounds near the Rhine in Ludewigashsfen. The plant which coated 455 millions DM, will from January 1975 refine all the combine's sewage - about 250 millions cubic metres a year - together with the sewage's of the cities of Ludwigashafen and Frankenthal, and after the biological purification, let it flow back into the Rhine.
