Mar. 22 Chancellor's Summer Festival 1981: About 4000 invited guests have come to spend some merry hours at this year's traditional summer festival of the West German Chancellor Helmut Schmidt and his wife. It took place at the theater of the town Bonn under the motto The Situation is serious, from spite it shall become cheerful'. Numerous prominent persons of art, politics and economy met very gay.
