Signature of the Berlin-Papers - After a Long time of discussions between the representartive of the United States of America, greeat britain, France and teh USSR Finally on September 3rd there took place the signature of teh Berlin-Papers at the Former Kontrollrat in berlin. This agreement sets value on better conditions for the Berlin-traffic and recognize the association of West-Berlin to the Federal Republic of Germnay. Furthermore there is marked a general settlment that the People of West-Berlin can Visit East-berlin and also entry ionto the DDR. After the signature of the Berlin-Papers ow on Monday September 6th the internal German Discussions can start.
