Feb. 29 Preview to the Muncher Oktoberfest 1980: Yet the horses are snooping country air in front of the doors of Munich, but rather soon they will became harnessed for an important event: The Muncher Oktoberfest. On Sept. 20th it will start. That's the day, when Simmerl, Alfred, Adam, Leo, Peter, and Paul, splendidly bridled, will have their fastive entry to the Wies'n'. Farmer August Walch (pict. left) and his helper Sabine Richter (front) are responsible for the animals's welfare as well as for their beauty: Not only the horses became curried and brushed, but also the headgear and headness are given a mirrir-finish
