Apr. 16 : A television camera has been set up above one of Hamburg's busiest crossings. The TV eye transmits a picture of the traffic on to a screen in the central police station. There a policeman operates the traffic lights. This is a experiment only, but if it works, the equipment will be set up all over the city.
