1960 - Memorial Chapel For KZ Victims In Dachau: On the site of the former concentration camp Dachau (near Miunich), this memorial chapel is to be built. It was designed by Munich architect Prof. Josef Wiedemann (Josef Wiedemann). The chapel will be 14 m high and will have a diametre of 14 m. It will be built of 350 cubic metre stones out of the river Isar which are to be transported to Dachau by vehicles of the aero schools of the German forces. They will begin with the building after Easter, and for the Eucharistic Congress (from July 31st till Aug. 17th 1960), the chapel will be inaugurated
