Apr. 18 For your file : Obsequies for Murdered Bank - Manager Jurgen Ponto : in the Frankfurt/Main Paulskirche there took place on August 5th, 1977 a great obsequies for murdered bank - manager Jurgen Ponto. Besides of the family of the deceased the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, Walter School, as well as Chancellor Helmut Schmidt and a lot of other members of the Government and representants of the other parties were present. Jurgen Ponto (53), chief of the Dreadner Bank, was murdered on July 30th, 1977 in Oberursel by terrorists.
