An agreement was signed by Federal Chancellor Dr. Adenauer, left, and the federal minister of Justice Fritz Schaffer who signed as a trustee on account of the countries. The agreement called the Deutschland Fernsehen GmbH (German Televison Company Ltd.) into existence. Kyestone Munich, July 26, 1960
