Aug. 08, 1961 - Against the refugees movement to the West: the officiate Prime Minister of East-Germany, Willy Stoph (WILLY STOPH) has announced suitable measures. At the 19th. session of the People's Chamber on Aug.11th, Stoph - in this connection - spoke of Slave dealers, Propagandists and other criminals. He asked the refugees to return to East-Germany, and he indicated that the announced measures will be against the liberty of movement of the people in East-Germany as of the free traffic, so far, the slave dealers have taken advantage'.
